Coo 개인정보 처리방침

Coo는 개인정보를 수집하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 설계된 앱입니다.
1. 수집하는 정보: 없습니다
Coo에는 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 위치를 수집하지 않으며 비밀 메시지·연결 키·연결 정보도 Coo 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱은 공개 소개 영상 제공과 스토어 결제 확인 외에는 외부 서비스와 통신하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 것
연결 키, 봉투 기록, 설정값은 오직 사용자의 기기(iOS·Android 보안 저장소 포함)에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 기기를 떠나지 않으므로 개발자를 포함한 누구도 원격으로 열람할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 메시지 내용
속말(비밀 메시지)은 기기에서 AES-256-GCM 방식으로 암호화된 뒤 사용자가 선택한 메신저를 통해 전달됩니다. Coo는 메시지를 저장하거나 중계하지 않으며, 암호화 키는 메시지에 포함되지 않습니다.
4. 카메라
연결용 QR 코드를 스캔할 때만 카메라를 사용합니다. 촬영된 이미지는 저장·전송되지 않습니다.
5. Face ID / 생체 인증
앱 잠금 해제에 기기의 생체 인증을 사용합니다. 생체 정보 자체는 운영체제(iOS·Android)가 기기 내부에서 처리하며 Coo는 성공/실패 결과만 전달받습니다.
6. 결제
구독 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. Coo는 카드번호 등 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없으며, 구독 활성 여부만 기기 내에서 확인합니다.
7. 제3자 제공·광고·분석 도구: 없습니다
광고 SDK, 분석(analytics) 도구, 추적 기술을 사용하지 않습니다. 변경 시 본 방침을 개정하고 앱 내에 고지합니다.
8. 공개 소개 영상과 초대 링크 웹페이지
첫 실행에서 자동 재생되고 건너뛸 수 있는 언어별 소개 영상과 친구 연결용 초대 링크(sendcoo.com/connect)는 호스팅 업체 Cloudflare를 통해 제공됩니다. 앱은 소개 영상을 준비할 때 선택 언어의 공개 영상 주소만 요청하며 비밀 메시지·연결 정보·기기 식별자를 보내지 않습니다. 초대 페이지는 초대 코드를 앱으로 넘기는 역할만 하고 이를 보관할 데이터베이스나 저장소가 없습니다. Cloudflare에는 접속 시각·IP 주소 등 일반적인 웹 접속 기록이 남을 수 있으나, 저희는 이 기록을 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
Coo는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보 또한 수집하지 않습니다.

Coo Privacy Policy (English)

Coo is designed to collect no personal data.
1. Data we collect: none
Coo has no accounts and no login. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, contacts, or location, and secret messages, connection keys, and connection details are never sent to a Coo server. The app communicates with external services only to provide the public intro video and verify store purchases.
2. Data stored only on your device
Connection keys, envelope records, and settings are stored solely on your device (including iOS/Android secure storage). This data never leaves your device, so no one — including the developer — can access it remotely. Deleting the app deletes this data.
3. Message content
Secret messages are encrypted on-device with AES-256-GCM before being shared through a messenger of your choice. Coo does not store or relay messages, and encryption keys are never included in messages.
4. Camera
The camera is used only to scan pairing QR codes. Images are not saved or transmitted.
5. Face ID / biometrics
Biometric authentication is used to unlock the app. Biometric data is processed by the operating system (iOS/Android) on-device; Coo receives only a success/failure result.
6. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Coo cannot access your payment details and only verifies subscription status on-device.
7. Third parties, ads, analytics: none
Coo contains no ad SDKs, analytics, or tracking technologies. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated and announced in the app.
8. Public intro video and invitation link web page
The localized intro video that auto-plays on first launch and can be skipped, and the invitation link used to pair with a friend (sendcoo.com/connect), are served through Cloudflare. When preparing the intro video, the app requests only the public video URL for the selected language; it sends no secret message, connection details, or device identifier. The invitation page only hands the invite code off to the app and has no database or storage that retains it. Cloudflare may retain standard web access records, such as request time and IP address, but we do not collect or access those records.

Coo collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
